Our company is growing during a recession for one simple reason:  IT outsourcing provides better services and costs less than hiring an in-house IT manager. We have developed a standards-based approach that successfully protects and secures our clients' IT assets and data. 

Our collective expertise is unsurpassed.  Employing 14 engineers, software & networking, gives us a vast IT knowledge base.  Computer technology is complicated. Our engineers collaborate on an unusual problem or issue to bring about a swift resolution.  We also offer a two hour response in case of emergency.

Every account is assigned a primary engineer. That engineer manages & maintains the clients' IT assets. We also assign a secondary engineer to each account in case the primary is unavailable for any reason.

Assigning a primary engineer is part of our effort to provide consistent & uninterrupted IT services. It also helps the client develop a relationship with our engineers. We feel that, above all, this is a relationship business built on integrity and trust.

Our engineers stay with us for a long time because they love technology  - they design, integrate manage and maintain different environments which allows them to constantly learn new technology.

We have many different solutions to successfully maintain your systems even when we’re off-site – including a linux-based remote monitoring solution that can monitor the health and stability of your systems. It’s an early warning system in case of problems or failure.

We have exciting news in two areas:

1) We are now offering free IT audits. There really is no obligation.  We will find out what’s going on with your systems and give you suggestions to improve your environment – whether or not you decide to go with inSync.

2) We are also offering fixed fee IT maintenance contracts. One flat fee per month covers all of your IT maintenance. Included is on-site visits as well as remote monitoring. Flat fee IT!!
