1st Step:
Contact us to set up a free demonstration in your office on the advantages of the Laserfiche Solution. The demonstration will go through the process of how to scan & manage the documents in your database. It will show the various ways to file the information within your database, the flexibility of the Laserfiche Solution, and common mistakes to avoid.
2nd Step:
Based on the requirements gathered in the initial meeting, inSync will put together a firm, fixed price proposal. Our proposal includes an itemized list of all hardware, software and labor necessary to begin using, and protecting, your Laserfiche investment.
When looking at your hardware, we inspect your server's health, age & redundancy. We make sure that a solid backup solution is in place - and that a backup is kept offsite, weekly. Bottom line: we make sure that your investment is is protected & secured.
3rd Step:
